If you’re looking for a new home, look no further than the town of Trumbull, CT. There are so many outstanding things about my town, but here are just a few that make it one of Connecticut's best towns for families.

Trumbull has a fantastic network of public schools available to its residents. The school system here is widely regarded as one of the best in the area. If you are thinking about starting a family, you can feel confident that your children will be in good hands. Even with a wonderful public system for grades K-12, students seeking a private school environment can find that here as well. When it comes to schools, there is no shortage of options.
When the heat waves hit, Trumbull residents are always ready for a splash in one of the town’s two pools. These pools are open to residents only and are fantastic options for those with children. There is no additional fee to use the facilities and there are even swim lessons offered to children starting at age five. One of the pools is even perfect for kiddos under five, as it has a graduated entry and a non-slip liner.
Most of the town is made up of families with children so there is no shortage of family-friendly organizations in the area. There is a local Mom’s Club, with over 90 members and each school has both a PTA and additional organizations for both parents and children. If you are not a Connecticut native, you can easily connect with local families through Trumbull’s many family-oriented organizations.
No matter what you seek, Trumbull has something to offer everyone. With its close proximity to cities like both Norwalk and Stamford, many commuters find Trumbull to be the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle, but still not too far from larger cities.
