Visit the Sunnyside historic house in Tarrytown. Learn about author Washington Irving, the literary legend who penned the notorious “Legend of Sleepy Hollow” and “Rip Van Winkle.” (Admission fee)

Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown Halloween Parade

Multiple floats starting in Sleepy Hollow and ending on Main Street in Tarrytown with live music and dancing in the streets. It’s usually the Saturday before Halloween. Note: Parade is always lead by a decked out Headless Horseman on a real horse. A must-see experience!

Haunted Hayride

Take a ride through the historic Sleepy Hollow Cemetery where you are sure to be spooked. Not for young children!!! (Admission fee)
